Job Overview
Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is hiring a Production Head to lead and manage our production unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in food production operations, team supervision, production planning, and quality management. Candidates with experience in cake manufacturing or bakery production will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the production unit.
- Supervise the production team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve targets.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Control raw material usage and reduce production wastage.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, dispatch, and other departments.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production equipment.
- Train, guide, and monitor production staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
- Experience in cake manufacturing or bakery production is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
