Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Executive with strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Switchgear products, especially MCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCBO, Isolators, Distribution Boards, and other LT Electrical Products, LED Lighting etc. The candidate should have hands-on experience in BIS documentation, technical specifications, product compliance, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Good technical knowledge of Electrical & Switchgear products (MCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCBO, Isolators, DBs, LED Lights etc.).
- Prepare, review, and maintain BIS-related documentation and product compliance documents.
- Understand and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, test reports, product drawings, and standards.
- Prepare technical submittals, product documentation, and specification sheets.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, and Sales teams for technical documentation.
- Ensure all technical documents comply with applicable BIS/IEC standards and company requirements.
- Provide technical support for customer queries and product approvals.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Switchgear products, especially MCB & MCCB.
- Experience in BIS documentation, technical files, and product compliance.
- Good understanding of IS/IEC standards, technical specifications, and test reports.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and product datasheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in the Electrical/Switchgear industry.
