Supreme Geotech is Hiring Business Development Associate
Job Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
· Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
· 3-6 years of proven experience in direct/field sales.
· Ability to develop client relationships and close sales effectively.
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Assist in setting regional sales and marketing goals and track performance through relevant KPIs and reporting tools while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
· Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Qualification:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Technical knowledge or background will be an added advantage.
