Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by increasing awareness of relevant policies and processes across the organization. This position requires continuous engagement with various teams to uphold standards and contribute to a secure and compliant operational environment, ensuring that service delivery aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and risk mitigation strategies within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on compliance and risk management objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
