We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings - MEP team, giving you the opportunity to co-create on some of the most prestigious Buildings projects in Scandinavia. As we expand our footprint in the rapidly growing data centre sector, you will help shape the digital infrastructure of tomorrow, delivering resilient, sustainable, and high-performance solutions on complex, mission critical projects. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop feasibility/concept studies and detail design of Electrical services in buildings projects.
- Design of electrical power distribution using necessary software like Amtech, Simaris, Dialux evo and according to international regulations, standards, and codes.
- Evaluate and access BIM/other Engineers in their projects.
- Ensure compliance with COWI QA/QC processes and implement them.
- Provide responsive and client-focused service to global customers.

On top of that, you should:
- Hold a Bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering with a 8-10 years of experience from Buildings Projects and having data centers experience considered an advantage.
- Be proficient in design calculations using Dialux evo, Relux, Simaris/Amtech/ ETAP and Spread sheets.
- Have experience in electrical power system design for Buildings and data centers, including Tier requirements and redundancy Philosophies, utility interfaces, transformers, MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, battery energy storage systems, standby generators, STS, PDUs, switchboards, and panels including load lists and cable sizing calculations.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure requirements, structured cabling systems, network rooms, server rooms, and white space power distribution. Experience with ELV systems in Buildings and Data Centers, including security systems, access control, CCTV, Building Management Systems (BMS), intrusion detection, environmental monitoring, and water leak detection systems.
- Be proficient in international building codes, standards and guidelines related to electrical and ELV. Have worked with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Demonstrated experience at an international engineering consulting firm would be highly valued.
