About the Role
Eeleem Resorts & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage budgets, revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff.
- Drive occupancy, sales, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and hospitality standards.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of hospitality experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role at a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage resort operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
