Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and office maintenance
- Manage stationery and office supply inventory
- Handle courier, dispatch, and vendor coordination
- Maintain attendance and employee support records
- Support HR and other departments in administrative work
- Ensure office discipline and smooth operations
- Prepare reports and maintain data in MS Excel
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 1–2 years of experience in administration preferred
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
