Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Reach monthly and quarterly goals for primary sales (company to distributor) and secondary sales (distributor to retailer).
- Channel Management: Appoint new distributors, manage stock levels, monitor credit limits, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Market Expansion: Visit retail outlets regularly, identify unserved areas, and increase market reach and product visibility.
- Execution & Promos: Implement company marketing schemes, promotional offers, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Payment Tracking: Collect payments, monitor outstanding dues, and manage distributor account performance.
- Market Reporting: Track competitor pricing, new product launches, and sales data using mobile apps or CRM tools.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, retail, or channel distribution.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
