Position: All India Head – Customs Clearance & Transportation
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 10 Years (including 5+ years in a senior leadership/P&L role)
Job Summary: The All India Head – Customs Clearance & Transportation will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s Customs Brokerage (CHA) and Transportation business across India. The role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, revenue growth, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute business strategies to expand Customs Clearance and Transportation operations nationwide.
· Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing P&L responsibilities.
· Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, DGFT norms, and transportation laws.
· Lead and mentor regional teams across multiple locations.
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, shipping lines, transporters, and government authorities.
· Monitor operational efficiency and service quality.
· Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
· Establish KPIs and performance metrics for business units.
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Customs Brokerage, CHA, Logistics, or Transportation.
· At least 5 years in a senior leadership position with P&L responsibility.
· Strong understanding of Customs regulations, transportation operations, and logistics management.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
· Strong network within the logistics and customs clearance industry.
