Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new corporate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
