Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review trial balance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet, including reconciliations of all accounts
- Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in financial reporting and management reporting
- Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with trial balance preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and audit processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
