Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure project completion within timeline.
- Handle client/site visits and provide updates when required.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and CRM departments.

Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years (Real Estate/Construction preferred)

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Site management and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)
