Job Summary:We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Admin to lead administrative activities, maintain office records, and prepare periodic reports. The role requires strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office regarding facility management, utilities and Factory service providers.
- Petty cash management for day to day expenses from Factory premises Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative tasks Attendance, Meal, OT details of workers
- Maintain record for ERP and upload data after verificationManage office supplies, stationery, and service providers ( electrical, mechanical maintenance) .
- Assist in documentation, filing, and record management as per ISO and ERP standards
Required Qualifications:•Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.•Prior experience on ERP, Expense Management tools •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and reporting skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
