We are looking for a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with the flexibility to travel occasionally for official work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in preparing tender and bid documents.
- Coordinate with government departments, clients, and vendors regarding tender-related activities.
- Prepare, review, and organize official correspondence, quotations, agreements, and reports.
- Maintain tender records, documentation, and statutory compliance files.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle office administration, filing, and document management.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
