Job Description: IT Executive / IT Engineer (Manufacturing Unit)
Location: Anandpar, Kalawad Road, Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Summary
The IT Executive / IT Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure in the
manufacturing unit. The role ensures smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, ERP systems, and
production-related IT systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
Maintain and monitor servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Ensure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks are functioning properly.
Manage data backups, storage, and system security.
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
2. ERP & Manufacturing Systems Support
Provide support for ERP systems (Bizom SRM/Spine/ Tally / Manufacturing ERP).
Assist production teams with shop-floor systems, barcode scanners, label printers, etc.
Troubleshoot system issues affecting production or inventory operations.
3. User Support (Helpdesk)
Provide technical support to employees for system and application issues.
Install and configure new systems, software, and user accounts.
Resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
4. IT Security & Compliance
Implement antivirus, firewall, and data security policies.
Monitor systems for security threats and unauthorized access.
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and access control.
5. Vendor & Asset Management
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and warranties.
Support procurement of IT equipment and software.
6. Production IT Support
Ensure IT support for production machines connected with IT systems.
Support PLC/SCADA/NX connectivity.
Assist in automation and digitalization projects.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Router, Switch)
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Backup systems
Basic understanding of ERP systems used in manufacturing
Hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / MCA / BCA
Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA are an advantage.
Experience
5–7 years’ experience in IT support or IT infrastructure
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
