Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and IT assets.
- Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and ensure uninterrupted network connectivity.
- Oversee server administration, data backup, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and cloud-based services.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewall management, endpoint security, user access control, and data protection.
- Manage ERP systems (Farvision preferred), CRM applications, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, email services, and other business applications.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance, biometric attendance systems, access control, visitor management systems, and other smart building technologies.
- Lead the IT Helpdesk function by providing timely technical support and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, warranties, AMCs, and coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Manage website hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and ensure compliance with organizational IT governance.
- Identify opportunities for IT automation, process improvements, and technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, HR, Finance, Admin, Security, Facility Management, and Project teams to support day-to-day business operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team while ensuring timely execution of IT projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, and System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cloud Services, Backup Solutions, and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with ERP software (Far vision preferred), CRM systems, CCTV, Biometric Attendance, and Access Control Systems.
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity, Data Protection, IT Governance, and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience in IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, Software Licensing, and AMC Management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
