Job description:
Amirtha Health Foods manufactures health food products and sells D2C through Shopify, plus Amazon, FirstCry and Nam kart. We run on Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
We need someone to own our books end-to-end and keep them accurate, current and audit clean. This is a hands-on role you will be inside Zoho every day.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly close in Zoho Books - sales, purchases, expenses, journals, bank reconciliation.
- File GST (GSTR-1, 3B) on time; reconcile GSTR-2B and protect input tax credit. Handle TDS and e-invoicing.
- Reconcile Shopify and marketplace settlements - commissions, returns, RTOs, TCS and 194-O TDS — to the last rupee.
- Keep Zoho Inventory accurate: raw material in & finished good out handling, batch tracking, stock counts, production costing and finished goods valuation.
- Manage payables, receivables, expense controls and vendor reconciliation.
- Deliver a monthly MIS Report: P&L, cash flow, channel-wise revenue
What you need
- 3–5 years in accounting, with full-set books handled independently.
- Strong hands-on Zoho Books experience; working knowledge of Zoho Inventory.
- Practical command of GST and TDS.
- Experience reconciling e-commerce or marketplace settlements.
- Accuracy and ownership - you chase a mismatch of a few rupees/stock until it's resolved.
