Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and plotted projects.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
2. Lead Generation
- Generate leads through digital marketing, property portals, social media, events, and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion trends.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Update the company website and landing pages with project information.
- Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance.
4. Brand Promotion
- Promote the company's brand through advertising, promotional campaigns, and public relations activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate branding activities at project sites and sales offices.
5. Property Marketing
- Prepare marketing plans for project launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, flyers, banners, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all property listings are updated on real estate portals and company platforms.
6. Event Management
- Organize property launches, exhibitions, open houses, customer meets, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, and media partners.
- Evaluate event effectiveness and lead generation outcomes.
7. Market Research
- Conduct market research on customer preferences, pricing, and competitor projects.
- Analyze industry trends and recommend marketing initiatives.
- Prepare competitor analysis reports.
8. Sales Support
- Provide marketing collateral and promotional materials to the sales team.
- Coordinate sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and promotional content.
9. Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, printers, designers, and media houses.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials within budget.
10. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain records of marketing activities and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track campaign ROI, lead conversion, and marketing expenses.
Required Qualifications
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
