About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and close positions within timelines.
- Handle candidate onboarding, induction, and documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and monthly MIS.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage the complete monthly payroll process with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary calculations before payroll processing.
- Coordinate payroll disbursement and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain payroll records and support statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team regarding payroll-related activities.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Work closely with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll Management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll processing, and attendance management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR operations.
- Good understanding of payroll practices and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
