Job Title: Education Sales Counselor
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Education Sales Counselor to guide prospective students, explain TechnoScripts’ courses and training programs, and help them choose the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Location: As per company requirementExperience: 0–3+ years preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
