Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is looking for a responsible and motivated Outlet Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our bakery outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet.
- Lead, supervise, and support the outlet team to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales transactions.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the production/store team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor product quality, availability, and attractive product displays.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, and inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in retail or food service/Supermarket/hypermarket (bakery experience is a plus)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Ability to handle customers and solve problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
