Role description
Preparation of Annual Business Plan. Production of Ferro Chrome to the desired quantity and quality as specified by the customer.
Primary sizing of Ferro chrome and Transport those materials for further processing at Secondary Yard.
Blending of raw material for desired output as per the customer requirement.
Compliance to the statutory & legal requirements including Tata Steel Safety standards.
Drive improvement initiatives in Department and Develop people by imparting training through TNI.
Develop contract for outsourcing jobs and finalisation of the same through techno commercial negotiations along with Procurement Team. Execution and monitoring and certification of bills contract jobs
Initiate proposals for Minor and Major Capital schemes along with Project Planning Team and execution of the same after approval. Monitoring progress of the project and organise review meetings
Skills
4 to 6 years of Experience on process plant operation.
Preferably Metallurgy having Ferro Chrome Experience
