Job Summary
Bearys Institute of Technology, Mangalore is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle bank reconciliations and financial audits
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments
- Review accounting entries and financial documentation
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management
- Ensure timely payroll processing and expense management
Required Skills

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Experience in managing a team is preferred
Software Skills
- TallyPrime
- Microsoft Excel
- ERP/accounting software knowledge preferred
