Required skills• Experience in procurement and government tendering.
- Proficient in Tally software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of Indian public procurement portals (GeM, DEFProc, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach.
Job descriptionProcurement Coordination:
- Coordinate purchase activities with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update purchase records in Tally.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in cost tracking for project-specific procurement.
Technical Documentation:
- Liaise with the engineering/design team to draft, compile, and maintain accurate technical documents.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, user manuals, and product datasheets.
- Ensure proper formatting and version control of all documents.
Tendering & Bidding:
- Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submission, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Indian e-procurement portals such as GeM, DEFProc, eProcure, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for bid submissions.
- Track tender opportunities, timelines, and ensure all necessary registrations are up to date.
