We are looking for a skilled and responsible Pellet Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the pellet machine, ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pellet production machines efficiently.
- Set machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Ensure the quality and size of pellets meet company standards.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Pellet Operator or in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Knowledge of pellet machines and production processes will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
