Assist in preparation/review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.* Support month-end and year-end closing, accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial analysis.* Assist with GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax compliance.* Support audits, internal controls, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance activities.* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and finance automation initiatives.*Eligibility Criteria*-* B Com graduate.* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial concepts.
