About MNYK Media:
- MNYK Media is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Thane.
- The role primarily involves calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, following up and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients using contact details provided by the company.
- Explain MNYK Media's social media and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is successfully closed.
- Update daily call records, follow-ups and lead status in the company's Excel sheet.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding after closure.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales/closure targets.
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, business development or client closure is preferred.
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, advertising or creative agency sales will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Must be comfortable making calls from the office.
- Should be based in Thane or nearby areas and able to commute to the office regularly.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduation in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
