Data Management: Process daily data entry, update digital and physical filing systems, and ensure information is securely stored.Financial & Accounting Support: Process company invoices, bills, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting .Operational Coordination: Work with different departments (HR, Sales, Front Office) to streamline workflows and support project completion.Inventory & Administration: Monitor office supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure the physical office is organized.Reporting: Compile data and prepare regular summaries, reports, and price quotes for management.Query Resolution: Handle internal and external communications, addressing complaints and client inquiries professionally.
