Centre Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Centre Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through a balanced approach of field business development (70%) and inside sales (30%). The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with colleges, corporates, and referral partners, while managing inside sales operations to maximize enrolments. The incumbent will lead a team of two members and ensure achievement of business targets, process adherence, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive business development activities through institutional tie-ups, corporate partnerships, referral networks, seminars, and promotional events.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase enquiries and enrolments.
· Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporates, and key stakeholders.
· Plan and execute field visits, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities.
· Support inside sales by handling enquiries, counselling prospects, and converting leads into enrolments.
· Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain CRM hygiene.
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of two members to achieve business and sales targets.
· Monitor team productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business and sales reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and operational processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
