About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive global business development for our B2B IT Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales, developing relationships with international clients, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
This is an individual contributor role best suited for professionals who thrive in outbound sales, enterprise selling, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking.
- Identify, qualify, and engage CXOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, and Technology Decision Makers.
- Drive end-to-end sales across international markets, including the US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Understand client business challenges and position customized IT service solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations, pricing, and commercial documents.
- Conduct client meetings, solution demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful solution positioning.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B IT Services Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and new client acquisition.
- Strong hunter profile with a track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Experience selling software development or digital transformation services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Exposure to consultative selling and enterprise sales methodologies.
- Existing network of international clients is an added advantage.
