Job Title: Program Delivery Coordinator – Meetings and Events Department:
The Program Delivery Coordinator – Meetings and Events is responsible for supporting the Assistant Program Manager in the coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events.
This role ensures seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual).
- Coordinate event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide on-site or virtual event support, including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement as needed.
- Maintain accurate event records, documentation, and post-event reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or a similar program delivery role.
- Experience working with both in-person and virtual event formats.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during peak event periods.
