Role: Counsellor (In House)
Job Responsibilities:
- Explain treatment plans, IVF packages, pricing, and resolve patient queries.
- Drive patient conversion from OPD to treatment.
- Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain patient records and update follow-up details.
- Coordinate with doctors and operations teams.
- Collect patient testimonials and feedback.
Eligibility:
- Females Candidates Only.
- 3–5+ years of experience in IVF/Fertility counselling.
- Strong counselling and patient conversion skills.
- Experience handling IVF/IUI patients.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
