Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's voice and growth across all social channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads). You will be responsible for moving beyond just "posting content"—you will define our cross-platform channel strategy, establish KPI benchmarks, oversee campaigns, and manage social budgets. The ideal candidate balances creative storytelling with robust data analysis, knowing how to leverage current algorithm trends to build deep brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives and drives measurable brand awareness, traffic, and audience growth.
- Content & Campaign Oversight: Manage the master content calendar. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure all creative assets are high-quality, technically optimized, and fiercely on-brand.
- Social SEO & Trend Innovation: Implement advanced social SEO strategies (keyword-optimized scripts, alt text, and captions). Anticipate platform algorithm changes and experiment with emerging features or formats.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report monthly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), attribution, and follower growth. Translate complex platform metrics into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership.
- Influencer & Partner Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and creators to amplify campaign reach.
- Community Guidance & Crisis Care: Set the tone and framework for community management. Maintain crisis communication guidelines and ensure immediate, professional responses to sensitive online interactions or public relations issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3+years of experience managing brand social media channels, with a proven track record of scaling communities and executing high-impact campaigns.
- Analytics Proficiency: Deep knowledge of native analytics platforms and advanced social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or Google Analytics).
- Leadership Mindset: Strong project management abilities with experience guiding internal creative teams, junior executors (executives/interns), or external creative agencies.
- Superb Copywriting: Flawless editing skills and the ability to seamlessly pivot brand tones depending on the channel format (e.g., highly professional for LinkedIn vs. culture-forward ).
- Creative Eye: A solid grasp of video editing concepts, graphic design principles, and mobile-first visual aesthetic standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
