- Follow up with sampling department for proto, fit, size set, PP, and shipment samples
- Maintain sample development status and ensure on-time submissions
- Coordinate with cutting, embroidery, printing, and sewing departments for sample completion
- Track sample approvals and comments from buyers
- Coordinate with embroidery department for design execution and production planning
- Follow up on embroidery sample development, strike-offs, and approvals
- Ensure correct embroidery placement, thread colors, stitch quality, and design matching
- Coordinate with designers and digitizers for embroidery program development
- Assist in preparing design references, trims, swatches, and sample presentations
- Maintain embroidery design files and approval records
- Coordinate internally with merchandising, production, QA, and stores departments
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and maintain merchandising documentation
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, embroidery threads, accessories, and sampling materials
- Maintain sample tracker, TNA (Time & Action) calendar, and approval records
- Update management regarding pending approvals and production status
- Prepare reports related to sampling and embroidery activities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
