About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, follow up with prospective patients, schedule appointments and support the clinic’s patient conversion process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to speak comfortably with patients in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries from patients.
- Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about dental treatments.
- Explain treatments such as dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, crowns and other dental procedures in simple language.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed clinic appointments.
- Follow up with patients who have enquired but have not yet booked an appointment.
- Follow up with patients who missed or cancelled appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective patients.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with the reception and clinical team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective patients.
- Handle patient objections professionally and encourage them to visit the clinic for consultation.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic and professional communication style.
- Follow the clinic’s standard telecalling scripts and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Experience in healthcare, dental or hospital telecalling will be an advantage.
Performance Indicators / KPIs
The Telecaller will be evaluated on:
- Number of enquiries handled.
- Appointment booking rate.
- Lead-to-consultation conversion.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Patient show-up percentage.
- Response time to new enquiries.
- Quality of patient communication.
- Patient feedback.
- Treatment enquiry conversion.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

Experience in dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare sales, insurance or hospitality telecalling will be preferred.
Salary
₹10000-15000 per month + performance incentives, depending on experience and skills.
