Job description:
- Greet and attend to guests and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Inform the respective employees about the guests and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
- Accurately input and update information into the company’s software systems. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining registers, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating daily office activities and ensure smooth operation of administrative functions.
- Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
- Booking of meeting rooms, Travel and hotel booking
- Ensure cleanliness and office and taking care of office infra.
- Provide active support in planning event/ function and arrange for tea, snacks, meals etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company/superior.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
