Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at construction sites.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Monitor workmanship quality and identify non-conformities.
Inspection & Testing
- Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs).
- Coordinate material inspections and laboratory testing.
- Verify material approvals, test certificates, and compliance documents.
- Witness field tests including concrete, rebar, waterproofing, and finishing inspections.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, reports, and checklists.
- Review Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and quality procedures.
- Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality documentation as per ISO and project requirements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters.
- Attend quality meetings and site inspections with consultants/client representatives.
- Guide junior QA/QC engineers and site teams regarding quality standards.
Compliance & Improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance construction quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, ASTM, BS standards, and ISO 9001.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
