Job Summary
We are hiring a Billing & Contracts Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Residential Construction Projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Billing, BOQ Preparation, Costing, Contract Management, and Post-Contract Activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor billing, certification, and payment processing.
- Handle post-contract administration, including variations, claims, and contract compliance.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for billing and contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Maintain contract documentation and ensure timely closure of contractual obligations.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in Residential Construction Projects.

- Candidates from Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
