Job Role & Responsibilities -
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, hoardings, signages, price lists and project presentations for real estate/construction projects.
- Create engaging static and animated content for social media, website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop 2D/3D walkthrough animations, project teaser videos and promotional reels in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
- Edit and enhance photographs and site/project visuals for marketing use.
- Design layouts for site branding, banners, standees and exhibition/event material.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM and leadership teams to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external design materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timeline
- Candidate Requirement.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or a fast-paced marketing/agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and animation/video work.
- Good eye for layout, colour, typography and brand aesthetics.
