- Qualification: B.TECH/Diploma in Plastics /Equivalent
- Experience : 3+YEAR
- Only candidates willing to relocate to Derabassi should apply.
- Will work as a Quality Control Engineer in MOULDING DEPARTMENT (Production).
- Examine molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications
- Presentable, Good Communication skills, Confident,
- Complete Knowledge of ISO 9001;2015 documentation & audit
- Microsoft Word/Excel
- 5S/KAIZEN/Pareto/7QC/OEE
- Capable to Liaise, coordinate, Follow up with Client
- Online inspection of products.
- New mold validation Process
- Handle the customer complaints
- Preparing documents related to Quality control
- Cross Check FG material & give the Batch clearance for the product dispatch. Proper test report to be made and samples of all cavities with proper marking kept in Q.C.
- Maintained GMP (Good manufacturing practice) in the Plant area. Maintain all test record in their respective shift for incoming in process& final inspection.
- Maintaining Calibration of all Instruments
- Pre Dispatch Inspection

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
