Job Description: Account Reconciliation Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the account reconciliation team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and review high-risk or complex accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Monitor and resolve aged reconciling items by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Support the month-end close by ensuring reconciliations are completed within agreed timelines.
- Analyze reconciliation metrics, identify trends, and report key risks to management.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, AP, AR, Tax, and Internal/External Audit teams.
- Coach and develop team members while managing performance and workload effectively.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by maintaining strong governance, controls, and reconciliation quality.

Qualifications: Commerce Graduate with 9-12 year of relevant experience
