Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned expertise in identity and access management to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll lead the charge in fortifying our digital identity landscape. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Sourcing, Master Data Managers, IS&T, business representatives), streamline user account lifecycle processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading IAM workshops, maintaining documentation and processes, and driving continuous improvement in IAM operations.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing expertise in IAM concepts and architecture
Developing solutions aligned with our IAM security policy
Coordinating with diverse stakeholders on IAM projects and enhancements
Managing and leading external IAM support teams
Implementing solutions for complex operational challenges
Contributing to new security solutions such as B2B Operations and B2B SSO in IAM
Coordinating teams involved in PAM Operations
Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for B2E and B2B IAM processes
Driving service improvement plans in IAM processes
Troubleshooting and managing issues related to identities, authentication/authorization, and access permissions
Managing and driving critical incidents to closure through collaboration with support and internal teams
Leading IAM operations and business-as-usual (BAU) activities
All about you

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience or understanding of IAM operations and security practices (experience in manufacturing IT ecosystems is a nice-to-have)
Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Saviynt and Microsoft Azure / Entra
Knowledge of CyberArk and Privilege Access Management (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with IT security frameworks like ISO 27002 and ISO 27005
A relevant certification in information security or IAM products (preferably Saviynt or Microsoft Azure / Entra)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to perform risk analysis and formalize IAM deliverables (patterns, processes, end-user/admin guides, run handbooks, etc.)
