Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our seafood processing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration, and cold storage systems to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC and refrigeration systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, cold rooms, blast freezers, HVAC systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling units, and electrical control panels.
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficient cooling and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain service records and follow safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Candidate Profile
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.
- 3–6 years of experience as an AC Technician.
- Experience in the seafood, food processing, FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sector is preferred.
- Good knowledge of industrial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
