JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Follow up on inquiries and customer requests.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
QUALIFICATION
Any Degree or Diploma.
