Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media & Client Relationship Executive to manage social media accounts, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple client social media accounts.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and marketing objectives.
- Collect content, approvals, and feedback from clients.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain client records, project timelines, and communication logs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and support.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Client Relationship, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage multiple clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
