Job Title: Experienced US Logistics Executive / Process Manager
Experience Required: 1–4 Years in US Logistics Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Logistics professional who can independently manage and run the entire logistics process. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of freight operations, carrier management, dispatching, customer service, and transportation management within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US logistics and transportation operations.
Coordinate with carriers, brokers, shippers, and customers.
Handle load booking, dispatching, and shipment tracking.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
Monitor and resolve operational issues and delays.
Prepare and maintain shipment documentation and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
Manage daily operations and ensure service quality standards.
Train and guide team members when required.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Work with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or transportation operations.
Strong understanding of US trucking and freight markets.
Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL, and FTL operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle complete processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and TMS platforms.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in US time zones/night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass
Logistics, or a related field.
Experience handling carrier sales, dispatch, or freight brokerage operations.
Leadership experience in managing teams or processes.
