Designation : CRM-Sales Force Consultant
Job Description
· The CRM & Sales Force Consultant will be responsible for analysing business processes, implementing, customizing, and supporting CRM and ERP systems to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and customer relationship management. The role involves close coordination with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.
· Understand business requirements across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
· Translate business needs into functional specifications for CRM and sales force modules
· Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements and system enhancements
· Lead or support implementation of CRM and ERP (Focus)systems (SAP, Sales Force)
· Configure modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user roles
Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP (Focus) Sales force and third-party applications
· Oversee data migration, validation, and master data management
· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies
Desired Profile
Experience : 3-5 Years minimum
Industry Type : Manufacturing Company/ Candidates from Steel Industries preferred
Functional Area : CRM/ERP- FOCUS/Sales Force
Education : B.E.Graduate / Graduate / SAP/ Certifies ERP Module EX Sales Force.
