- Develop Models: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models.
- Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Deploy & Maintain: Deploy AI/ML models into production and ensure their performance.
- Innovate: Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and implement best practices.
- Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models and processes.
- Lead Team: Mentor and guide AI/ML team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in a development role with 2+ years in AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and databases.
