IBL Unisex Salon is looking for professional and skilled Massage Therapists (Male & Female) to join our team. The candidate should be passionate about wellness and capable of delivering high-quality spa and massage services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, spa treatments, etc.)
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable services
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction
- Proper handling of oils, equipment, and spa products
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Certification or training in massage therapy / spa services
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Odia preferred)
- Professional attitude and grooming
- Experience preferred; freshers can apply (training provided)
