Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgeting for solar and transmission projects.
- Conduct site surveys, soil analysis coordination, and feasibility assessments.
- Support design and layout of module mounting structures, cable trenches, and drainage systems.
- Handle civil construction activities related to transmission lines, substations, and allied infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Plan and execute civil works for solar projects (rooftop & ground-mounted), including foundations, structures, and site development.
- Assist in vendor selection, contractor management, and billing verification.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and project timelines.
- Support documentation for project approvals, inspections, and handover.
- Provide inputs during tendering and bid preparation (technical and costing aspects).
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC, transmission line, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of civil works in solar projects and transmission lines
- Experience in costing, BOQ preparation, and estimation
- Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and safety standards
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
